Curriculum

An expert clinician needs to master knowledge, use that knowledge effectively to make appropriate clinical decisions, have the psychomotor skills to implement those decisions and must possess the collaborative teamwork skills to ensure that the patient is receiving the best possible care. STRATUS training improves skills in all of these areas – without putting patients at risk.

No matter what your simulation training goals may be, we have the faculty, facilities and expertise to develop or customize a program for your needs. From assisting you in defining learner needs to programming and running complicated simulation scenarios, we provide individualized attention and walk you through the steps to make it happen.

Designed around you

We provide educational specialists, who work with you to define your medical simulation objectives, develop a curriculum, establish simulation scenarios and provide metrics and assessment tools to measure educational progress. This includes experts in medical education, educational psychology, and a variety of other theoretical specialties. In other words, our experts can assist you in translating your training needs into a robust educational program that can measure learning and growth.
